Should you have a gift certificate for services we encourage you to use soon.  You may also use the certificate for Aveda products. Thank you.

You will be reminded of your appointment twenty-four hours in advance to remind them of their appointment. If you must cancel, please do so twenty-four hours in advance. This way we may contact clients who are waiting to book appointments for that day. Remember that our “no-show” policy fee is 50% of the value of your appointment.

If you are using a gift certificate and you do not show for your appointment, the “no show” fee will be applied to the value of your gift certificate.

To ensure a peaceful, relaxing experience for our clientele, we request that cell phones be turned off.

We love children. However, if you have an appointment with us, please leave your children at home. We request this for the safety of your child and to ensure that you and our other clients will relax and enjoy the spa experience.

There are no cash refunds on gift certificates.
